TEMPORARY QR -> IDnexify LINK INTEGRATION

The temporary platform keeps the printed QR as a URL such as:
https://create.idnexify.com/id.php?id=XXXXXXXXXX

First scan on a student's phone:
- opens the registration page
- requires Name, Roll Number, NITP Email, Branch, Mobile Number
- saves the details against that same QR ID

Later scan:
- the same URL can be opened in a browser to display the stored digital ID
- IDnexify's scanner fetches the same URL with format=qr and receives the raw
  ID-card-style text payload

The payload uses the same field order/labels used by the supplied  QR example,
with the five collected values populated and the other fields blank, separated by real tabs.
